Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Chicago, IL.

I also offer telehealth services in the following states in addition to Illinois: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands,  Connecticut,  Delaware,  District of Columbia,  Georgia,  Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine,  Maryland, Michigan,  Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

I am a specialist in assessing and treating Mood, Anxiety, Trauma, and Eating disorders, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, and other reproductive mental health disorders.

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology at University of California, Los Angeles, and completed my American Psychological Association-accredited pre-doctoral internship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Through my clinical training, I gained expertise in the assessment and treatment of Mood, Anxiety, and Trauma Disorders, as well as Borderline Personality Disorder, Eating Disorders, and Relationship Distress. I care deeply about helping clients experiencing these difficulties to manage extreme distress, to think more flexibly, to problem solve, and to communicate effectively in their relationships.

Through my postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago, I gained specialized research and clinical training in reproductive mental health and, specifically, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD). I am passionate about educating and advocating for people struggling with menstrual-cycle related difficulties. I currently serve on the clinical advisory board for the International Association of Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD) and serve as the associate director of the CLEAR Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago, which studies the impact of the menstrual cycle on suicidal thoughts and behaviors.

In therapy, I use a cognitive-behavioral approach that integrates acceptance and mindfulness strategies to treat a wide range of difficulties and diagnoses. I am deeply committed to working collaboratively with clients in service of strengthening their abilities to regulate difficult emotions, engage effectively in their close relationships, and move towards more joyful and meaningful lives.
